A NOTE ON THE SYSTEM
Velea uses Vedic astrology as its structural foundation. Most people encounter Western astrology, which is tropical — anchored to a seasonal calendar. That framework reduces easily to Sun signs and generalized personality language, which is part of why astrology so often feels more decorative than useful.
Vedic astrology is sidereal. It tracks actual observed planetary positions relative to fixed constellations and reads the chart as a complete system.
The difference is not philosophical. It is structural.
Some placements may look different than what you are used to seeing, particularly your Sun sign. Nothing about you has changed. You are looking at the same sky through a more precise framework.
