Be Read Correctly.
Image consultation for those who are done being overlooked.
THE READHow You’re Received.
The world reads you in seconds.
Whether we like it or not, how you look affects how you are treated. The face is read first. Then the body — how it is adorned, concealed, or revealed. Then voice, scent, and the spaces where you live and work.
When those signals are off, you feel it. In the way people respond. In how much effort it takes to be understood and respected. In how often you are overlooked, dismissed, or pushed into compensation.
DCPC exists to bring that read into alignment.
THE FIRST SIGNALThe Face.
The face is the first point of contact. The eyebrows frame the gaze. That is where clarity begins.
THE ANCHOR OFFERPermanent Cosmetics.
Brows are not a minor detail. They shape expression, balance, and the way the face lands.
When brows are off, the whole face works harder. Old pigment, weak shape, asymmetry, hair loss, and poor framing can all change how you are read before you speak.
This work is not about adding more. It is about building a more accurate read.
SIGNATURE PATHWAYSPermanent Cosmetic Services
The right approach depends entirely on what is already present in the skin. Every decision is guided by tissue behavior, bone structure, and long-term wear — not templates, not trends.
FOUNDATIONFor first-time PMU brow clients.
Your starting point for cosmetic brow tattooing. Foundation begins with a full assessment of skin, structure, movement, undertone, and your goals, preferences, and concerns. Shape, pigment, and technique are then determined collaboratively and translated into a plan guided by anatomy, tissue behavior, and long-term wear.

MAINTENANCEFor existing DCPC clients.
Maintenance is designed to reassess and support existing DCPC work as the body, skin, and tattoo continue to change over time. Each visit begins with a healed evaluation so color, structure, and saturation can be judged in context. Depending on what the brow needs, maintenance may involve structural micropigmentation, controlled pigment fading, or both to preserve clarity, balance, and long-term integrity.

HARMONIZATIONFor brows tattooed outside DCPC.
Previously tattooed work requires a more measured approach and begins with consultation. Depending on what is present in the skin, Harmonization may involve controlled pigment fading, structural micropigmentation, and phased redesign. The goal is to restore balance, clarity, proportion, shape, and color without compounding existing work.

THE EYE BEHIND THE WORKA design-trained eye, applied to the face and the wardrobe.
DCPC is built by David Chum — a Cambodian-American artist, designer, stylist, and permanent cosmetics specialist whose work sits at the intersection of beauty, perception, and transformation.
Before DCPC, there was fine art, fashion design, styling, and years in luxury retail learning how people are read, desired, trusted, and remembered. That background shapes the work now.
PMU is the entry point. The larger skill is the eye: seeing where the signal is off, understanding why, and designing a more accurate read.
The goal is not reinvention for its own sake. It is clarity, coherence, and a version of you the world can read correctly.

METHODOLOGYA Structured Approach from Assessment to Review.
Every case begins with evaluation, not assumption.
01
Consultation
We review your goals, skin, anatomy, medical history, and any existing pigment to determine the most responsible starting point. Pre-care is also assessed here, including any changes needed before the procedure to support healing, retention, and overall results.
02
Design
The design is refined with you, not imposed on you. Existing growth pattern, muscle movement, bone structure, and asymmetry are assessed and addressed here. Pigment color and technique are also determined at this stage so the final plan reflects both your features and how the work is intended to heal.
03
Session
Each session follows the plan established during consultation and design. Depending on the case, this may involve new brow work, maintenance, controlled fading, or a phased approach when older or more complex work requires slower progression. Tailored aftercare is provided at this stage, along with a take-home kit prepared for your skin and treatment plan.
04
Review
Healing is tracked through scheduled virtual check-ins so progress, retention, and skin response can be reviewed over time. Once the work heals, we reassess and the next step is determined conservatively.
THE EXTENSIONWardrobe Consulting.
After the face comes the body and how it is presented.
Wardrobe consulting extends the same eye beyond brows: proportion, silhouette, color, context, and the way identity is read in the world. This is not about trend-chasing. It is about reducing friction and building a presentation that feels authentic, deliberate, and legible.
Available for wardrobe edits, event dressing, and image direction.
CLIENT EXPERIENCETHE POINT OF VIEWBeauty is a frequency.
Frequency is alignment.
Alignment is presence.
Everything vibrates: people, water, light. Every form holds a distinct frequency. When the parts of a whole misalign, the frequency that is created feels off. When they harmonize, the entire composition elevates. DCPC works at that level of refinement: attuning proportion, structure and rhythm so the face, the body and the life around them fall into an alignment that feels inevitable.
