Aesthetic Transformation By Design
For those ready for a more considered approach to beauty and how they’re seen.
pErMANENt COSMEtICS Advanced cosmetic brow tattooing for restoration, aged permanent make-up, and new clients—designed deliberately, built to last.
SIGNATURE PATHWAYSChoose the path that fits your starting point.
The right approach depends on what is already present in the skin. Whether you are starting fresh, maintaining existing DCPC work, or addressing older permanent make-up done elsewhere, the path forward begins there.
F O U N D A T I O N
For first-time brow tattoo clients.
Your starting point for cosmetic brow tattooing. Foundation begins with a full assessment of skin, structure, movement, undertone, and your goals, preferences, and concerns. Shape, pigment, and technique are then determined collaboratively and translated into a plan guided by anatomy, tissue behavior, and long-term wear.
M A I N T E N A N C E
For existing DCPC clients.
Maintenance is designed to reassess and support existing DCPC work as the body, skin, and tattoo continue to change over time. Each visit begins with a healed evaluation so color, structure, and saturation can be judged in context. Depending on what the brow needs, maintenance may involve structural micropigmentation, controlled pigment fading, or both to preserve clarity, balance, and long-term integrity.
H A R M O N I Z A T I O N
For brows tattooed outside DCPC.
Previously tattooed work requires a more measured approach and begins with consultation. Depending on what is present in the skin, Harmonization may involve controlled fading, structural micropigmentation, and phased redesign. The goal is to restore balance, clarity, and proportion without compounding the existing work.

SELECTED RESULTSTHE PROCESSA structured approach, from assessment to review.
Every case begins with evaluation, not assumption.
01—Consultation
We review your goals, skin, anatomy, medical history, and any existing pigment to determine the most responsible starting point. Pre-care is also assessed here, including any changes needed before the procedure to support healing, retention, and overall results.
02—Design
The design is refined with you, not imposed on you. Existing growth pattern, muscle movement, bone structure, and asymmetry are assessed and addressed here. Pigment color and technique are also determined at this stage so the final plan reflects both your features and how the work is intended to heal.
03—Session
Each session follows the plan established during consultation and design. Depending on the case, this may involve new brow work, maintenance, controlled fading, or a phased approach when older or more complex work requires slower progression. Tailored aftercare is provided at this stage, along with a take-home kit prepared for your skin and treatment plan.
04—Review
Healing is tracked through scheduled virtual check-ins so progress, retention, and skin response can be reviewed over time. Once the work heals, we reassess and the next step is determined conservatively.
WARDROBE CONSULTINGA more considered approach to how you dress and how you’re seen.
Wardrobe consulting at DCPC is grounded in silhouette, proportion, and the visual language of dress. Whether you are building a foundation, refining what exists, or preparing for a specific moment, the process is structured, intentional, and built around you — not trend.
ABOUT DAVID CHUMA design-trained eye, applied to the face and the wardrobe.
David Chum is a Cambodian-American artist, designer, and Licensed Body Art Practitioner whose background moves between fine art, fashion design, cosmetic tattooing, and personal aesthetics. Their eye was trained long before PMU — through figurative drawing, garment construction, and years building Selahdor, a fashion label recognized nationally and featured in Boston Magazine, US Weekly, and Project Runway Season 9.
At DCPC, that experience translates into brow work shaped by anatomy, proportion, and restraint. The same eye extends into wardrobe consulting — grounded in silhouette, structure, and how a person is seen.
Based in Boston, Massachusetts, David operates a licensed body art studio in Belmont, MA and works by appointment.

Everything vibrates: people, water, light.
Every form holds a distinct frequency.
When the parts of a whole misalign, the frequency that is created feels off. When they harmonize, the entire composition elevates.
DCPC works at that level of refinement: attuning proportion, structure and rhythm so the face, the body and the life around them fall into an alignment that feels inevitable.
Beauty is a frequency.
Frequency is alignment. Alignment is presence.
