The Eye Behind the Work

A Design-Trained Eye, Applied to the Face and the Wardrobe

I am a Cambodian-American artist, designer, and Licensed Body Art Practitioner. My eye was trained long before permanent cosmetics — through figurative drawing, garment construction, and years building Selahdor, a fashion label recognized nationally.

At DCPC, that experience translates into brow work shaped by anatomy, proportion, and restraint. The same eye extends into wardrobe consulting — grounded in silhouette, structure, and how a person is seen. I do not believe in generic beauty work. I believe in attuning structure and rhythm so that the face, the body, and the life around them fall into alignment.

The Anchor Offer

Permanent Cosmetics

Advanced cosmetic brow tattooing for restoration, aged permanent make-up, and new clients — designed deliberately, built to last.

The right approach depends entirely on what is already present in the skin. Every decision is guided by tissue behavior, bone structure, and long-term wear — not templates, not trends.

Foundation

For first-time PMU brow clients.

Your starting point for cosmetic brow tattooing. Foundation begins with a full assessment of skin, structure, movement, undertone, and your goals. Shape, pigment, and technique are determined collaboratively and translated into a plan guided by anatomy, tissue behavior, and long-term wear.

Maintenance

For existing DCPC clients.

Designed to reassess and support existing DCPC work as the body, skin, and tattoo continue to change over time. Each visit begins with a healed evaluation so color, structure, and saturation can be judged in context — preserving clarity, balance, and long-term integrity.

Harmonization

For brows tattooed outside DCPC.

Previously tattooed work requires a more measured approach. Depending on what is present in the skin, Harmonization may involve controlled pigment fading, structural micropigmentation, and phased redesign — restoring balance, proportion, and color without compounding existing work.

Methodology

A Structured Approach, from Assessment to Review

Every case begins with evaluation, not assumption.

01

Consultation

We review your goals, skin, anatomy, medical history, and any existing pigment to determine the most responsible starting point. Pre-care is assessed to support healing, retention, and overall results.

02

Design

The design is refined with you, not imposed on you. Existing growth pattern, muscle movement, bone structure, and asymmetry are assessed. Pigment color and technique are determined so the plan reflects both your features and how the work is intended to heal.

03

Session

Each session follows the plan established during consultation and design. Depending on the case, this may involve new brow work, maintenance, controlled fading, or a phased approach. Tailored aftercare and a take-home kit are provided.

04

Review

Healing is tracked through scheduled virtual check-ins so progress, retention, and skin response can be reviewed over time. Once the work heals, we reassess and the next step is determined conservatively.

The Extension

Wardrobe Consulting

A more considered approach to how you dress and how you are seen.

The same design intelligence applied to the face extends to the body. Wardrobe consulting at DCPC is grounded in silhouette, proportion, and the visual language of dress — not trend.

Whether you are building a foundation, refining what exists, or preparing for a specific moment, the process is structured, intentional, and built around you. The goal is to eliminate the chaotic and the unnecessary, and to make getting dressed an act of ease and control.

Point of View

Beauty is a frequency.
Frequency is alignment.
Alignment is presence.

When the parts of a whole misalign, the frequency feels off. When they harmonize, the entire composition elevates. DCPC works at that level of refinement — attuning proportion, structure, and rhythm so the face, the body, and the life around them fall into an alignment that feels inevitable.
