A 100% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so forfeits both the appointment and the deposit.

Cancellations, late arrivals (over 15 minutes), or no-shows forfeit the scheduled appointment and require re-booking at full price. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future appointments or different services.

For Perfecting Sessions, cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows forfeit the included session and require rebooking with a $250 fee.

Clients must follow all pre-care instructions. Failure to do so—such as consuming caffeine, energy drinks, stimulants, or blood-thinning foods and herbs (cumin, turmeric, ginger, garlic) or engaging in strenuous activity—compromises the skin and final results.

If pre-care is ignored or a client arrives in unsuitable condition for tattooing, the appointment will be cancelled and payment forfeited.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and my time is reserved for you. Please respect that commitment.

The Perfecting Session — 1.5–2 hrs

The second session included with The Signature service. Fine-tunes color, balance, and definition after the initial healing period.

• Must be completed within 4-6 weeks of your first session.

• Missed appointments or reschedules requested less than 72 hours in advance require a $250 rebooking fee.

• Appointments rebooked 7–12 weeks after the first session also incur a $250 rebooking fee.

• Appointments rebooked 13+ weeks after the first session (3 months or later) are considered Touch-Ups and priced according to the 6–12 Month Touch-Up rate of $350.

• The Precision Add-On is an optional third session available after your Perfecting Session once the brows are fully healed. It cannot be used in place of a missed or expired Perfecting Session.

• No pets, children, partners, friends, or guests during procedures. They may wait in the lobby.

• If you are ill or symptomatic, reschedule. Arriving sick will result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment.

  • No eating or drinking is permitted inside the studio.

  • Arrive alone and on time — the studio is sterile and designed for focus and safety.
